Early Years Leadership Meeting

Programme:

The Spring 2024 EYFS Leadership Meeting will:

• Share updates on current national priorities, including: Ofsted 2024; New EYFS Statutory Framework 2024 (with a focus on PFA, Oral Health, Supervision); EYFS Profile Update; SEND (with a focus on Deafness and Me, Self-Regulation, sharing good practice); Teaching and Learning – Top Tips for the Summer Term; & Additional Updates
• Explore effective adaptive teaching approaches in nursery and reception, including: Organisation; Pitch and Expectations; & Use of Scaffolds 
• Provide networking opportunities to share good practice and discuss implications for your schools

All delegates will receive a full electronic delegate pack to share key messages back in school, which will include:  Copy of the presentation; Updated EYFS Statutory Audit Tool; Supervision Guidance; Updated Good Level of Development Trackers; & EYFS Guide to Adaptive Teaching Approaches with sample activities & engaging resources to use within indoor & outdoor provision, to support children to meet end of year expectations
