Leading and Managing the EYFS

This course will…

* Identify key priorities for successful leadership of the EYFS

* Support implementation of the EYFS Statutory Framework

* Provide guidance and supporting materials to implement the seven key features of effective practice, including:

• Curriculum development
• Quality assure of teaching and learning
• Moderation and analysis of data to inform narrowing the gap strategies
• Smooth transitions into, through and beyond EYFS

* Support self-evaluation and action planning, taking into consideration the Education Inspection Framework

* Provide networking opportunities to explore and identify key next steps
