Terms and conditions for booking events
Bookings for all Early Years 2 Primary training events can be made on-line at www.ey2p.org
Course prices are charged as published within our termly EY2P Training Brochure and website. All prices are plus VAT. Should the VAT rate change between your order being placed and Early Years 2 Primary taking payment, the amount of VAT payable will be automatically adjusted when taking payment.
A reduced price is charged, as indicated in our termly brochure and website, if a place is booked and purchased on:
- All three Leadership Meetings (e.g. Early Years, Maths, and English) at the beginning of each term.
- A chosen Leadership Meeting (e.g. Autumn, Spring and Summer English Leadership Meetings) at the beginning of the academic year.
Confirmation of Booking
Schools/delegates will receive confirmation of their course booking by email. This email will contain course title, venue, course times and delegate details. If for any reason a confirmation email is not received, please contact email@example.com. EY2P cannot be held responsible for inaccurate email addresses supplied on the website booking form.
Special dietary requirement requests for full day events, completed by the delegate on the booking form, will be forwarded to appropriate venues. It is the responsibility of the delegate to follow through their request with the catering department at the venue.
Payments must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice. Payments can be made by cheque or by BACs.
Should you need to cancel a booking, please contact Early Years 2 Primary LLP as soon as possible. Cancellations should be advised via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Delegate substitutions will be welcome at any point. Any cancellations made: more than three weeks before the scheduled training event can be refunded in full; two to three weeks can be refunded by 50%; less than two weeks would incur full payment of fees.
Cancellation of Events
On the rare occurrence of a cancelled training event by Early Years 2 Primary, each school will be contacted by phone and email. It is the responsibility of the school to ensure the relevant delegate is notified of the cancellation. Where possible, Early Years 2 Primary LLP will offer an alternative date and venue. Delegates will be offered a full refund, credit note or transfer to an alternative event, but no other costs will be refunded.
Terms and Conditions of Publications
All EY2P resources shared at training events, hardcopy and electronic, are the intellectual property right of Early Years 2 Primary LLP. The company does not grant permission for delegates to distribute the content of any course, either physically or electronically, outside their setting/school. Early Years 2 Primary documents are not to be used to train colleagues in other schools/settings/organisations, placed on social media or internet sites, and reproduced for commercial purposes.
