Terms and conditions for purchasing products

On-line Purchases

Early Years 2 Primary resources may be purchased on-line at www.ey2p.org. All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of our resources correspond to the actual resource. Resources are sold as hardcopy or electronic downloads, as indicated with each descriptor.

Confirmation of Resource Purchase

Customers will receive confirmation of their order by email. If for any reason a confirmation email is not received, please contact info@ey2p.org. EY2P cannot be held responsible for inaccurate email addresses supplied on the order purchase form.

Prices and Payment

Resource prices are charged as published on our website. Please be aware that some products are subject to VAT. Should the VAT rate change between your order being placed and Early Years 2 Primary taking payment, the amount of VAT payable will be automatically adjusted when taking payment.

Postage and packaging costs are applied to hardcopy resources and will be presented to you as part of the order process.

Please ensure that you have checked your order carefully before submission.

Delivery

Orders will be sent out for delivery, following payment through PayPal, BACs or cheque.

Electronic downloads will be sent via email. Please note, EY2P cannot be held responsible for inaccurate email addresses supplied on the resource purchase form.

Hardcopy resources will be sent by 2nd Class Post. Early Years 2 Primary LLP will ensure each item is appropriately packaged. Please note, EY2P cannot be held responsible for inaccurate addresses supplied on the resource purchase form.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Items damaged in transit, deemed faulty or incorrect will be replaced. Please contact Early Years 2 Primary LLP at info@ey2p.org within 3 working days of receiving your goods and we will send out a replacement. Where no replacement is available, we will issue a refund or credit note.
Returns / Cancelled Orders

You must inform Early Years to Primary LLP of your wish to return/cancel your order by email, info@ey2p.org. Unsuitable items must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase and the original proof of purchase must be included (i.e. delivery note or invoice). Please be aware that your right to return/cancel does not apply to electronic downloads.

Early Years 2 Primary LLP will refund goods in the form of a credit note, however the original postage costs will not be refunded. Returns should be sent to the following address: Early Years 2 Primary, 36 Carlton Road, Heaton Mersey, Stockport, SK4 3LA.

Terms and Conditions of Publications

All EY2P resources, hardcopy and electronic, are the intellectual property right of Early Years 2 Primary LLP. The company does not grant permission for delegates to distribute the content of any resource, either physically or electronically, outside their setting/school. Early Years 2 Primary documents are not to be used to train colleagues in other schools/settings/organisations, placed on social media or internet sites, and reproduced for commercial purposes.
