A half day course to support EYFS practitioners to implement quality outdoor provision

This course will:

• Highlight key principles of effective teaching and learning outdoors within the new EYFS Framework
• Discuss organisation and management of outdoor learning including: developing a quality learning environment; the role of the practitioner to support and extend learning; and effective observation, assessment and planning procedures to ensure all children make progress
• Explore strategies to raise attainment in literacy and mathematics through outdoor learning
