Implementing the EYFS Framework

A repeated one-day course to support EYFS practitioners to implement the statutory requirements of the EYFS framework within quality daily practice.

Target audience: Practitioners new or returning to EYFS phase (Teachers and TAs)

This course will address:

• The statutory requirements of the EYFS Framework
• Implementation of the seven areas of learning and characteristics of  learning across a quality learning environment and daily routine
• The role of the adult to ensure quality interactions throughout the day to support and extend children in their learning
• Developing a robust observation, assessment and planning cycle to ensure all children make progress
